Cancellation Policy
Monthly Club Subscriptions

To cancel a monthly subscription package you will need to contact us 24 hours before your renewal date to guarantee that no payment will be taken. If payment has been debited for the following month then we will not be able to refund this.
Individual Lessons

Lessons need to be booked 24hrs in advance, however we will accept lessons on the day but please check with us prior to booking if you wish to do this.

If you wish to cancel or rearrange a lesson, we need 24 hours’ notice otherwise you will be charged.

If you are on a plan for lessons, all lessons need to be used within the payment month. If you haven’t used all your lesson credits by the end of the month then you will lose them when the new month commences, and your lesson credits get reset.

If you are on a monthly lesson subscription plan then you will be able to cancel your subscription from your account. The monthly lesson subscription plans are non-refundable.

If a lesson is cancelled by a coach, then the lesson will be either rearranged or refunded.
Courses

Courses need to be booked 24hrs in advance, however we will accept registrations on the day but please check with us prior to booking if you wish to do this.

After School Clubs

After School Clubs are booked and paid in advance for the full term.
