Referees: The organisers would be very grateful for any assistance that can be provided in terms of referees and setting up. Please get in touch if you are able to assist.
Safety: Whilst HWCFU make every attempt to ensure that the event takes places safely in a safe and secure way, the responsibility for the safety and welfare of young fencers remains with the parent, or nominated responsible adult who is acting in loco parentis for that child. If you, as a parent or coach, bring a child to this event and leave them during the day, you must make sure the organisers are aware of the identity of the responsible adult who is looking after that child.
Welfare Office: Sophie Robinson and Tania Craig
County: Boundaries in Hereford & Worcester are often fluid as many coaches and fencers fence and reside within different counties. The organisers are happy to accept entries from fencers with a connection to Hereford and Worcester through coach, school, club or address.
