About the event
HFC invites you to join us for our Summer Training Camp at Hereford Cathedral School in Hereford, Herefordshire. This camp is designed for aspiring fencers ages 8+ and for all fencers seeking to develop their fencing skills. We expect to have international fencers from various clubs attending as well.

All accommodation will be at Hereford Cathedral's boarding house, a short drive from the school. The fencers will be transported via minibus between sites by the school's minibus drivers. There will be male and female chaperones on site at all times. Meals will take place in the school dining hall. Participating athletes will enjoy a programme of sparring, group lessons, fitness, footwork, video analysis and athlete lifestyle management.
The cost of our residential camp will be £499.00 per person, covering all meals, accommodation, and coaching. Alternatively, for those in the locality, there is a day rate of £70.00/day, with training starting at 9:00 am and finishing at 5:00 pm, including lunch.
There is an option to arrive on the Sunday evening if you are an international athlete or if you are travelling from afar. If needed, please select the option during sign-up, and we will send separate information regarding costs.
To secure a place at the camp, a £200.00 non-refundable deposit is required. If you have any questions about this training camp, please get in touch with schools@herefordfencingcentre.co.uk. We look forward to meeting and coaching you all!
